Webinar: Collecting From Patients: Preparing for 2018

Wed., December 6, 2017 | 1pm-2pm ET.

2018 brings a host of challenges, one of which is the newest – and most difficult payer – in your market. This new payer is your patient. With the increase in HDHPs, deductibles are reset and medical organizations ring in the new year with a rise in patient responsibility. Your patient has more financial accountability than ever before – and it’s business critical for your organization to be prepared for this trend.

Learn “best practices” in collecting from patients who have financial responsibility for insurance, as well as those who are fully responsible for their charges. Nationally recognized revenue cycle management speaker Elizabeth Woodcock, MBA, FACMPE, CPC, takes the audience on a journey of tactics and strategies – from preparing for the patient encounter to the final payment. You’ll be armed with proven strategies to take back to your organization.
