2018 brings a host of challenges, one of which is the newest – and most difficult payer – in your market. This new payer is your patient. With the increase in HDHPs, deductibles are reset and medical organizations ring in the new year with a rise in patient responsibility. Your patient has more financial accountability than ever before – and it’s business critical for your organization to be prepared for this trend.

Nationally recognized revenue cycle management speaker Elizabeth Woodcock, MBA, FACMPE, CPC, takes the audience on a journey of tactics and strategies – from preparing for the patient encounter to the final payment.
