Each year, HFMA recognizes high performing revenue cycle operations. From individual hospitals to hospital systems, integrated delivery systems, and physician practices, organizations share their metrics and their cutting-edge processes for achieving high performance. These organizations confirm what seems intuitive: in order to transform your accounts receivable operations, you have to start with the right roadmap, as depicted by HFMA’s Patient-centric Revenue Cycle Roadmap. This webinar will highlight the strategies and tactics employed by organizations achieving outstanding performance across the revenue cycle landscape.
- Understand the underlying features of a contemporary revenue cycle operation;
- Learn how technology and workflow are critical to transforming A/R inventories into cash without creating dissatisfied customers; and
- Recognize the role of consumerism in the patient-friendly billing and collections strategies.
